Terms and Conditions (EU-Compliant)

1. Definitions

" Store ", " we ", " us " or " our " means By Fiorella, registered in Italy.

" Customer " or " you " means any natural person acting for purposes wholly or mainly outside their trade, business, craft or profession (consumer).

" Goods " means the products offered for sale on our website.

A contract is formed once you complete checkout and we send an order-confirmation e-mail. We may refuse an order for legitimate reasons (e.g. stock shortage). Digital confirmation constitutes proof of contract.

4. Prices, Currency & VAT

All prices are shown in euro (€) and include Italian VAT at the applicable rate. For deliveries outside the EU, the recipient is responsible for any import duties or taxes.

We will notify you by e-mail with a tracking link once your parcel has shipped. Risk of loss transfers upon delivery to you (Art. 18 Dir 2011/83/EU).

6. Right of Withdrawal (14-Day “Cooling-Off” Period)

You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of (i) receipt of the Goods or (ii) the last delivery in the case of multiple shipments—no reason required.

7. Refund Policy


  • all payments received, including standard outbound shipping, within 14 days of (a) receiving the returned Goods or (b) proof you have sent them back, whichever is earlier (Art. 13 §2 Dir 2011/83/EU).

8. Faulty or Non-conforming Goods

Under Directive (EU) 2019/771 you enjoy a two-year statutory guarantee from delivery against any lack of conformity existing at that time. eur-lex.europa.eu

If your item is defective or not as described, you may request—free of charge—repair or replacement, or (if those are impossible or disproportionate) an appropriate price reduction or contract termination with full refund. Contact us immediately with order number and photos.

9. Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR)

We are willing to engage in out-of-court dispute resolution with the Centro di Arbitrato e Mediazione della Camera di Commercio di Milano Monza Brianza Lodi (or another competent ADR body).

10. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so (e.g. death or personal injury caused by negligence, or breach of your statutory rights). Subject to the foregoing, our aggregate liability for any loss arising out of contract will not exceed the total amount you paid for the relevant order.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Italian law. For consumer disputes, you may bring proceedings in the courts of your place of residence within the EEA, or in Italy. Mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence remain unaffected (Art. 6 Reg 593/2008 “Rome I”).
